:. Missions Rummage Sale
As most of you know, Friendship is sending five people to Venezuela in early March. As part of their efforts to raise funds to help pay for their trip; we are asking you to partner with them and donate sale items. The rummage sale that will occur on Saturday, February 13th from 8 a.m. to Noon. 100% of the items sold at the rummage sale will go torwards this missions effort. :. Girl Scout Cookies
Girl Scouts and cookies share a rich history. While recipes and box designs have changed, selling cookies remains an important part of today's Girl Scout program. On February 20th, the Girl Scouts will be taking orders on Saturday, February 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Each box will cost $3.50 and be available for pickup on Saturday, March 20th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Click here for more information about Girl Scout cookies.

:. Big Creek Missions Effort 2010
We are in the process of developing a mission effort to the Appalachia area of Kentucky. We will be working with an organization who are experts in this area. You can check them out at Big Creek Missions. If you are at all interested in a local mission effort please mark missions on your connection card or contact Tim. :. Drive In 2010
This year looks to be another fun and exciting summer as the Drive In will return on Friday, April 2nd. The movie schedule will be updated soon, so keep checking out the Friendship website for the movie schedule for 2010. 2009 Drive In Schedule.

:. Easter Egg Hunt
Easter is just around the corner and with it brings one of our largest community events of the year - The Easter Egg Hunt. The egg hunt will be on Saturday, April 3rd from 10:00 a.m. to Noon at the church. As usual, we need eggs with candy in them and we need about ton of them. Let's start now dropping off plastic eggs with candy in them. You can place them in the second room to the left as you come in the front door.

:. Perspective
We all look at life with a certain "point of view" or from a certain "vantage point". How do we know if we are right? How can I determine if I am on the right path. The only way is to line it up with God's Word. Join us for the next few Sunday's as we look at the book of Luke for the proper perspective on our life.
