We need your help! This Tuesday and Wednesday morning, there will be a group effort to get all the newest clothes sorted or hung onto the clothing racks in preparation of this Saturdays Clothing Closet. If you can come, please be at the church at 8:30 a.m. This is very important, so we need all the hands and feet that are possible. If have any questions, please contact Friendship Church.

:. Angel Food Distribution & Clothes Closet
Your help is needed on Saturday, July 24th for the Angel Food Distribution. 1st team: 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., 2nd team: 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Also, the Clothes Closet will need help from 9:30 a.m - 10:30 a.m. Please contact Friendship Church for more information or if you plan on attending.
:. 242 Student Ministry "Middle School Waterpalooza"
The 242 Student Ministry would like to invite you to a special event for all middle school students at the Rhodes' house on July 27th @ 6:30. We will be playing games, hanging out, swimming, enjoying great food, and closing the night out with a Bible study. The Rhodes' address is 2065 Eliza Glynne Ln.; Knoxville, TN 37931. Join us for a very special Baptism service on August 8th. If you have not been baptized and would like to do so, please mark your connection card on Sunday or contact Pastor Tim and you will be contacted with more information. This is a great opportunity to invite friends!
:. Growth Groups
Growth groups will return on Sunday, August 8th at 6:00 p.m. Childcare will be provided at the church from 5:45 to 7:30. If you are not involved in a small group, you are missing out! To find out more about small groups visit our website or check out the back of your worship guide this Sunday.
:. BCM Progressive Dinner
We are very blessed at Friendship to have a large number of UT college students attending our services each Sunday during the school year. On Tuesday night, August 17th at 5:30 p.m., we have the opportunity to get to know many new students from UT as they will be at our church taking part in the annual BCM Progressive Dinner. Our church has been assigned the vegetable part of the meal. To help in any way or provide a vegetable dish, mark your connection card on Sunday morning or contact Brandon Kennedy.
:. Venezuela 2011
Venezuela 2011 mission effort is not that far away. It is time to get see who God is putting on this team. Please be in prayer for this effort. The dates will be Spring Break week March 11-19th. Please mark your connection card if you are interested. Check out this years mission trip online.
