:. Celebration Banquet
This years Celebration Banquet will be held on December 6th at 6:00 p.m. There will be catered food, a look back over the year, a look forward to 2010, a hilarious staff video, and time with great friends. Childcare provide for ages birth to 5th grade with pizza for their meal. Everyone else will be in the banquet room. Please RSVP to save your family a spot for this special event. The cost per person is $10.00. The cost per family of 3 or more is $30.00. Children that will be in childcare will be provided pizza for free.

:. Pastor Appreciation
Every year our church has an excellent opportunity to affirm our love and appreciation for those who are called by God. This year we are asking everyone to give a "love offering" along with your normal tithes and offerings for our appreciation for Tim and Vanessa. Please put it in a tithe envelope and label it on the outside what it is for and place it in the offering plate at the end of the service this coming Sunday, December 6th. We will present this special gift to them during our Celebration Banquet on Sunday evening, December 6th. If you have any questions, please contact Friendship Church.

:. Angel Food Orders
There still is time if you want to order for the month of December. You can order in person on Saturday, December 5th between 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and also order online through Monday, December 7th by Noon. Click here to order online.

:. Angel Food Distribution & Clothes Closet
Your help is needed on Saturday, December 12th for the Angel Food Distribution. 1st team: 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m., 2nd team: 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Also, the Clothes Closet will need help from 9:30 a.m - 11:00 a.m. Please contact Friendship Church for more information or if you plan on attending.

:. Men's UFC Night
You're invited to join us on Saturday, December 12th for the Men’s UFC Fight Night at Shawn Thornton's house. Please bring a snack and drink and let’s see some UFC action. The fights begin at 10:00 p.m.

:. Youth Place Christmas Party
Jeff and Laurie Jansen are hosting a Youth Christmas party at their home on Sunday, December 13th from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Everyone needs to bring a wrapped gift, appropriate for a boy or girl, and spend no more than $10.00 max. Please RSVP, if your Youth plans on attending.

:. Madison Place Christmas Party
Friendship Church will be hosting a Christmas party at Madison Place on December 2nd at 6:30 pm. This will be a night of singing carols, Happy Birthday Jesus Cake, Bible story and tons of fun. If you would like to join us as extra help that night please mark your connection card. We need someone to bake the cake.

:. Budget Meeting
Everyone will have a chance to review the proposed budget for 2009 this Sunday. Our annual budget meeting will be on Wednesday, December 9th at 6:30 p.m. Please make sure to attend. If you have any questions leading up to the meeting, please contact Eric Miller from the Leadership Team.

:. Candlelight Service and Communion Service
Make sure to invite friends and family to a special Candlelight Service and Communion Service on Sunday, December 20th beginning at 10:00 am. Parents, there will be no childcare during the service and also on Sunday, December 27th. For more information contact Tim or call 865.556.7057.

:. Missions Offering
There will be a missions offering received during December and January. Friendship is sending a Leadership Research team of 5 to Venezuela to Share the Gospel, meet with pastors and church leaders, pray, and discover the area to adopt and send teams in the future. Thanks for supporting Friendship as we step toward reaching the world.

:. Clothes Closet
Can you fold clothes and put them away? Then you are qualified and can help each Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. We need your help is to re-stock the shelves in the clothes closet with all the newest donations and continue to make this ministry a success.
