GPS is much more than a global positioning system to Friendship. It is the reminder that we are to "Go. Preach. Serve." Mission trips, both international and national, are a large part of Friendship's ministry. Friendship members have gone on mission trips to Venezuela, Zambia, and New York City within the past year. Additionally, mission teams coming to Knoxville to serve are housed on-site and given ministry opportunities in the community. Most recently members of Friendship went on mission to Boling Green, KY where they assisted New Life Church, a hispanic church in the community, and saw many come to faith in Christ.
